Registration and Booking Process

  • Booking for FCFS Flats: Booking for FCFS flats will commence on December 11, 2023, at 11 AM onwards.
  • e-Auction: The e-auction for Penthouses, Super HIG, and HIG flats will be conducted at a later date, and the details will be announced separately.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023-24, applicants must meet specific criteria, including:

  • Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
