With over 32,000 newly constructed flats available across various categories and locations, this scheme aims to fulfill the dream of owning a home for many aspiring residents of the national capital.
Key Highlights of the DDA Housing Scheme 2023-24
- Diverse Range of Flats: The scheme caters to a wide spectrum of buyers, offering flats in various categories, including EWS (Economically Weaker Section), LIG (Lower Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), HIG (Higher Income Group), Super HIG (Super Higher Income Group), and Penthouses.
- Attractive Locations: The available flats are spread across different localities of Delhi, providing buyers with a range of options to choose from. These locations include Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, and Narela, offering convenient access to essential amenities and transportation hubs.
- Two Modes of Disposal: The scheme employs a dual approach to ensure fair and transparent distribution of flats. The first mode, e-auction, is applicable for Penthouses, Super HIG, and HIG flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 and Loknayak Puram. The second mode, First-Come-First-Served (FCFS), is applicable for LIG and EWS flats in Sector 14 Dwarka, EWS flats in Sector 19B Dwarka and Loknayak Puram, and HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS flats in Narela.
Registration and Booking Process
- FCFS Registration: Registration for FCFS flats commenced on November 24, 2023, at 4 PM onwards.
- Booking for FCFS Flats: Booking for FCFS flats will commence on December 11, 2023, at 11 AM onwards.
- e-Auction: The e-auction for Penthouses, Super HIG, and HIG flats will be conducted at a later date, and the details will be announced separately.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023-24, applicants must meet specific criteria, including:
- Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Income: Applicants must meet the prescribed income criteria for the respective flat category they are applying for.
- Residency: Applicants must be residents of Delhi or have been employed in Delhi for at least one year.
- Previous DDA Allotment: Applicants should not have been allotted a flat under any previous DDA Housing Scheme.
